Shipping and handling charges:
Individual US orders - $4.75 for 1 book
- $5.50 for 2 books
- $6.25 for 3 books
- $7.00 for 4 books
- $7.00 + $0.50 X number of books beyond 4
Each volume of a multi - volume work is counted separately.
Institutional, foreign, and bookstore orders - actual shipping charges.
For established customers an invoice will be enclosed with your books and we request payment to be made within 30 days.
Recent customers are asked to pay in advance.
Payment must be by check in US$ drawn on a US bank or by International Money Order.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Books are shipped the same day or the following day. If a book is out of stock it can take up to
four weeks to receive it. We will keep you informed of any delay by e-mail.
If there is a significant price change on a book, you will be notified for your approval.
